Here is our list of active “issue groups.” Each group is coordinated by one or more members of the 50 Ways community and is dedicated to a specific local, state, or national issue.

Racial Justice
Our mission to foster racial equality means we work for social justice and to end implicit and explicit bias.
Immigrant Rights
Increasing support and awareness of the rights of immigrants in the Rockbridge area.
LGBTQIA+ Rights
The LGBTQIA+ Rights Group works to ensure equal rights for people of all genders and orientations.
Palestine
Promoting justice, civil rights, reparations, and basic humanity for the people of Palestine.
Data Center Action
Raising awareness about the harms of data centers and organizing collective action to protect our communities.
Communologues
Join our community dialogues for those experiencing stress in the current political environment.
Defiant Action Group
Organizing direct non-violent actions on issues and problems that run counter to the U.S. Constitution, laws, and justice.
Abortion Rights
Mobilizing politically, promoting access to reproductive healthcare, and sharing accurate information about abortion.
Rapid Response
Coordinating in response to national events and local concerns communicated by our members and Issue Groups.
